Burlap's Gambles, we don't ship anything by ourselves, we don't handle physical product at any point, we provide products through Printify on the Wix platform, which in turn uses subcontractors for printing and shipping. We mainly use Monster Digital and Underground Threads for manufacturing. The shipping rates are subject to change at any point.
We do not offer, nor are responsible for, tracking orders, but if needed we can verify the orders and sometimes track them, if our manufacturers are able to, please reach us at email@example.com if you need updates, we will do the best we can to help to track them.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RE-SHIPPING FEES RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. ALL transaction are final. If the product offered is faulty, by that we mean a manufacturing defect, we will be able to provide a new product if photos and order receipt are provided. In the case of a return, you have 15 days after reception of the product to communicate with us, shipping fees up to $20 might be charged (optimally we won't charge you, but we need to protect ourselves in the worst case scenarios). We do not provide refunds at anytime nor any conditions.
